| Category Specialist, Dell Job ID 11911 Position Overview / Vue d’ensemble du poste The Category Specialist, Dell, is responsible for managing assigned offerings with the goal of consistently achieving Dell related performance objectives. The Category Specialist effectively leverages internal and external resources and programs in order to maximize customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability. Responsibilities / Responsabilités 1. Assist Metafore’s client managers and internal sales representatives with Dell related pre- and post- sales activities, including working with customers to maximize sales opportunities. 2. Educate Metafore and Dell client managers regarding the resources available from each organization and encourage collaboration. 3. Promote the use of all available Dell PartnerDirect resources and tools to Metafore’s sales teams. 4. Help optimize the productivity of Metafore’s sales team by driving awareness and understanding of Dell offerings and maximizing deal size. 5. Coordinate Dell related training for Metafore’s sales teams. 6. Increase Dell PartnerDirect deal registration opportunities by providing support and training to Metafore’s sales teams, with the goal .... |
