| Caretaker Years of Experience: 2 Years Closing Date: 1/26/2012 Description A full-time experienced on site Resident Caretaker couple is required for an 83 unit building in the west end area of downtown Vancouver. The candidates must have excellent problem solving and communication skills. Duties include (but not limited to): renting suites, move in and move out inspections, monthly deposits of rent, tenant relations, cleaning, minor suite maintenance as well as grounds maintenance services. Qualifications The successful candidates will be fluent in English and have knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act. In addition, candidates must have excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as experience in minor plumbing, minor repairs.
