Position: Care Manager Department(s): Resident Care - Regina Pioneer Village Type: Permanent Full Time Location: Regina Application Deadline: February 03, 2012 Job Description REGINA PIONEER VILLAGE RESIDENT CARE Requires a Permanent Full Time CARE MANAGER The Manager will provide operational and clinical leadership to support clinical and personal care in-scope resident centred teams (i.e. Resident Care Coordinators, RN?s, RPN?s, LPN?s and SCA?s) in providing the highest possible quality of care. They will ensure that residents? care and services are provided in accordance with the program philosophy and Regina Qu?Appelle Health Region?s mission, vision and values. Qualifications ? Degree or post graduate degree in nursing or related profession is desirable. ? Candidate requires 4 years of previous nursing or allied health field management experience. ? A commitment to continuous learning /personal/professional development and must be eligible for registration with the professional/licensing body representing his/her discipline. ?
