| Position Cambrian College Co-op Opportunity Job ID# 1207 Reporting To Tractor & Mining Shop Supervisor Key Accountabilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using Caterpillar testing equipment Assist with the repair of Caterpillar equipment within the established time standards Assist with vacation coverage and other duties as required Participate in safe work and environmentally sound behaviours and training at all times in support of Toromont ?s Health and Safety Policy/Program(s) and best practices Key Qualifications Must currently be in 1 st or 2 nd year of the Heavy Equipment Techniques/Technician program or the Truck & Coach Technician program Customer centric with good interpersonal, communication skills with a high attention to detail Self-motivated and energetic a team player who can work effectively in a high demand fast paced environment Able to take the initiative and work with minimal supervision Computer and systems literate with proficiencies with DBS, Excel and Word Knowledge of CAT SIS, or experience with Toromont parts operations would be an asset Willing and able to work flexible hours in support of the business needs Apply Now Tell a Friend Toromont T.... |
