In addition, this role is integral in supporting the Team Managers with the tools, information and support required to ensure compliance of call centres operational procedures and service standards. Investigate and analyse employee performance and report unsatisfactory results to Team Managers and support them with disciplinary action when required. Provide leadership during off peak periods when no Team Managers are present (i.e. Approve/deny emergency attendance requests, facilitate any building issues such as fire drills, power outages, etc). Ensure that all standards and practices are adhered to and take appropriate action to remedy non-compliance. Monitor attendance and identify excessive absenteeism and patterned absenteeism, and assist Team Managers with disciplinary process.
