| Call Centre Manager, IMAX Network Operations Centre (INOC) Location: Mississauga # of Openings: 1 Description As a leader you will be required to drive and deliver changes and improvements to ensure IMAX Corp maintains its leadership position in our service provisions. You will be required to take full responsibility for the operation of an existing NOC. The objective is to ensure each Technical Specialist is equipped to provide excellent and unparalleled service to our customers. You will be tasked with creating an engaging environment for our customers to seek help during system emergencies. The incumbent must have a proven track record of innovation, excellence and achievement in the management of a high tech call centre. Candidates with prior experience building a call centre from inception or revamping an existing call centre to increase efficiencies will only be considered.
