| Cafe and Small Outlets Attendant Location: AB- Banff Job Code: 1620 Department: Food and Beverage # of openings: 1 Employment Tenure: Permanent Description The Opportunity The Food and Beverage department at The Banff Centre is looking for an outgoing, customer service oriented in idual to join our team working at the Maclab Bistro and Le Café, located in the Sally Borden Fitness and Recreation Centre. Reporting to the Small Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation, handling and merchandising of the outlet’s food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner. You will operate a computerized cash register and be responsible for a cash float. Responsibilities You will prepare and serve food and beverage items (specialty coffees, sandwiches, pastries and more) to artists, staff members and guests, as well as ensure proper storage of delivered items. You will set-up and buss tables as required, re-stock and clean condiment stations, patios and back of house service areas, and ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean at all times. You will ensure all outlet sales are processed through the POS system and complete a correct cash float for remittan.... |
