| CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT - Competition Number 11-151A Kwantlen Polytechnic University is currently accepting applications for a Customer Support Assistant for the Supply and Business Services Division ( www.kwantlen.ca/supply ) . This position is a temporary full time (35 hours per week) and based at the Langley campus, but may also involve intermittent travel to the Surrey, Cloverdale and Richmond campuses. This position will commence immediately and continue for approximately six months with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will possess strong, communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills as well as proven experience providing customer service in a fast paced and dynamic team environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a requirement. The ability to work in a flexible, self-directed and pro-active manner is essential. Minimum qualifications include, two years post-secondary education or formal certificate/diploma (Purchasing, Marketing, Business Administration, Management or Business studies preferred), a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative support role in a customer service environment or the equivalent combinat.... |
