REPORTS TO Customer Service Manager DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE ? Minimum 1 – 2 years Customer Service experience required. ? Customer service in distribution; grocery and food handling segment an asset ? College Diploma (DEC) in Marketing or equivalent experience. SKILL & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS ? Effective communication skills; ? In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office ? Decision-making and problem-solving skills ? Sales-minded ? Bilingualism (French and English) is required ?
