| Location: Plattsville, 30 minutes from Kitchener Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph Nith Valley Organics is a new organic market garden and CSA operation in its second year in 2012. We are looking for two full-time interns for this growing season, from April/May through end of August/mid-October flexible, to be part of our innovative farm operation. The farm owner/manager, Nathan Klassen, has extensive organic market garden and CSA experience and is a 2010 graduate of the University of Guelph Organic Agriculture program. This is his second year of independent vegetable production. We grow over 30 types of vegetables and herbs. We sell our produce through three farmers' markets in Waterloo, St Jacobs, and Aberfoyle and through an online ordering group.
