| Location COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH HOUSING COORDINATOR Various Status / Conditions Permanent, Full-time Salary $28.71 - $39.60 per hour Union Contract MGEU Description The Community Mental Health Program in Winnipeg provides services and supports to adults with severe and persistent mental health issues within a spectrum of service models including the Housing Service. The CWI Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and on-going oversight of the Community Wellness Initiative in Manitoba Housing sites and other housing settings and will supervise Housing Support Workers who provide individual and group outreach and support for tenants. The CWI Coordinator will work collaboratively with Manitoba Housing Coordinators and Tenant Services staff. The CWI Coordinator will also be instrumental in leading other projects and initiatives as they relate to supporting tenants in housing options. Responsibilities 1) Supervise Housing Support Workers: - Provides direction and support to Housing Support Workers as they outreach to tenants who may be at risk of eviction and as they facilitate group activities. - Direct and provide consultation to Housing Support Workers in the assessment, ........More Details |
