| CNC Technician Job Apply now » Date: Jan 10, 2012 Location: London, Ontario, Canada Our client, an expanding manufacturing facility near Exeter, Ontario, is looking to a CNC Technician to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and stable organization that is looking to add a few key personnel to their solid manufacturing team. Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: -Supervise 40-45 Production Staff -Perform basic CNC programming and some cutting tool recommending/managing -Basic troubleshooting of machinery and simple repairs -Achieve forecasted production targets Job Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following: -1-3 years of experience in production CNC machining of metals or castings -Experience in cutting tool selection and performance trials -Experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment -Ability to develop CNC programs using part blue prints -Experience working with assembly equipment, hydraulics and pneumatics -Must be able to work rotating shifts (Days, Afternoons, Midnights) An attractive compensation package will be tailored to interest the successful candidate.
