| Business Process Mapping Analyst Job ID 11776 Position Overview / Vue d’ensemble du poste Our client has a 3 month contract for a Business Process Mapping Analyst. Responsibilities / Responsabilités • Produce business process flow swim diagrams / context diagrams for each project and an integrated overall program view • Identify impacts to current roles and any new roles that will be developed from changing processes • Identify future state and current state process gaps • Identify program vision alignment gaps with stated requirements • Identify potential areas for process improvement / efficiency Requirements / Exigences • Ability to understand and work in Enterprise Architect (EA SPARX) • Deep experience and proven capabilities of Business Process Mapping (from current state to future state) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written • Intermediate knowledge of utility pipeline experience is an asset • Knowledge & proven application of process modeling & analysis concepts/techniques • Proven track record of successful requirements and use case capture • Proven track record of successful process design workshop facilitation • Solid foundation of technical & business .... |
