| Business Process Mapping Analyst Calgary, AB Date Posted: January 17, 2012 Job ID: 20839 Job Description Eagle is currently seeking a Business Process Mapping Analyst for a three (3) month contract opportunity, scheduled to begin immediately. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Producing business process flow swim diagrams / cotext diagrams for each project and an integrated overall program view; Identifying impacts to current roles and any new roles that will be developed from changing processes; Identifying future state and current state process gaps; Identifying program vision alignment gaps with stated requirements; Identifying potential areas for process improvement / efficiency; and, Serving as a productive member of the Organizational Change Management Team. Skills and Qualifications The qualified candidate must have: The ability to understand and work in Enterprise Architect (EA SPARX); Deep experience and proven capabilities of Business Process Mapping (from current state to future state); Excellent communication skills, both verbal, and written; Intermediate knowledge of utility pipeline experience is an asset; Knowledge and proven appli.... |
