| Business Manager Location: Montreal, QC Salary: commensurate with experience Discovery Air Innovations (DAI) is currently seeking a Business Manager to be responsible for the general operations and administrative needs of DAI and its related subsidiaries the entire global operation. Responsibilities Develop the administrative support services infrastructure for new projects, acquisitions or integrations; Manage government registrations, renewals and reporting that may be applicable to aviation services or government service providers i.e.; PWGSC, Controlled Goods, Export, Import, Transport Canada, International Trade, IRB and disseminate such regulatory information to key stakeholders; Manage a travel budget in excess of $1M annually for cost efficiencies as well as travel flexibility; Responsible for the scheduling and preparation of regular internal management meeting and related reporting; Responsible for the consolidation of DAI information for quarterly parent company Board packages and presentations; Coordinate and negotiate service contracts for the provision of general operational support and services i.e; telephony, information technology, supplies, security, facility main.... |
