| Title Business Development Representative Position Overview ?Meet periodic sales objectives ?Identify potential clients and develop business contacts in a given territory (solicitation, networking, cold calls) ?Reply to non-solicited information requests within 24 hours ?Prepare and present service offers customized to each situation ?Offer the optimal coffee solution based on maximizing the coffee experience ? must know the products, coffee machines and services offered ?Manage on site coffee testing ?Meet with team members on a regular basis, optimize communication with team members ?Track customer information using the company ?s computer software Requirements ?
