| Business Development Representative - Inbound Specialist Location: Toronto Area Retail Group Job Code: BDC-091-0112 # of openings: 1 Position Status: Permanent Weekly Shift: Variable Description Position Summary The Business Development Representative contributes to the operational effectiveness of the BDC and to positive sales and CSI results by fielding inbound calls as they relate to sales inquires and the current marketing initiatives of the retail facilities. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and reply to all web leads in a timely and concise manner. Arrange appointments with the appropriate MBC retail representative and follow up with clients and prospective clients. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals as established by the BDC manager Maintain current knowledge of all retail and wholesale marketing initiatives and product offerings Perform marketing call campaigns as required and act as a back up to Lease Maturity Specialst, as required Follow the policies and procedures of the BDC department and Mercedes-Benz Canada Inc. Requirements Post secondary diploma/degree with a concentration in Business or equivalent experience A minimum of 3 years experience in a retail environ.... |
