| The Role: The Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and is responsible for identification and assessment of business goals and needs, requirement analysis, design and solution planning for the implementation, delivery and support of business solutions. The incumbent will engage with all levels in the organization in order to gather detailed descriptions of business requirements, program functions, and the steps required to develop or modify product solutions. This incumbent will also play a key role in setting out the organization's overall solution strategy and roadmap. The Responsibilities: Elicit requirements from business stakeholders across the organization. Balance requirements of all business departments in the organization. Uncover complexity in stakeholder requests. Write business requirements in a format acceptable to non-technical stakeholders and the software development team. Facilitate requirements and design discussions between non-technical stakeholders and the software development team. Negotiate scope of development projects between stakeholders and developers team.
