| Job Overview Our client, a busy mid-sized energy company, is seeking an IT Business Analyst for 1 year term with high probability of extension . Looking for strong generalist skills and deep experience in forming projects from scratch. Demonstrated skills: strong communication skills (oral and written) self starter - someone who can take an idea and shape it into something that can be rationalized Facilitation and requirements gathering Ability to influence Client management - capable of managing expectations of all stakeholders Vendor management Purchased and home-grown Application implementation experience Business Process re-engineering (Change management) Ability to communicate at multiple levels BA and PM documentation depth Full Well Life Cycle experience Preference will be given to those bringing experience & understanding of the purposes and processes of the following applications: QByte Finance, Production Accounting, and Land (Qbyte FM\PRISM\CS Explorer) Peleton Drilling & Completions (WellView\Siteview).
