| Building Operator Location: Winnipeg Type: Operations Management Job Description: Building Operator Do you excel at managing your time and prioritizing task with minimal supervision? The ideal candidate for this position will have strong technical ability and outstanding customer service skills and will do what is takes to get the job done right. What you will do Inspect all site mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and related equipment on a daily/weekly basis and monitor for irregularities Complete preventative maintenance, minor maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems; keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs Maintain emergency contact information and regularly review lifesaving, emergency response and fire safety procedures Inspect and test security, fire protection and sprinkler systems and equipment at regular intervals for proper operation Coordinate and schedule all required and approved maintenance or repair with subcontractors; ensure service contracts are enforced and contractors are su.... |
