| • Providing the tenants with a high level of customer service in the completion of tenant requests. • Providing support and assistance to ensure the preservation and maintenance of the base building equipment and system to further ensure expected performance and alleviate unnecessary and unscheduled breakdowns and maintain tenant comfort. Responsibilities: • Servicing tenant requests as they are received and dispatched • Responsible for mechanical rounds and the water treatment program. • Assisting the other Building Shift Operators and Maintenance staff with their tasks on a daily basis. • Completing other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Manager, Operations. • Shift work is required, including weekends and holidays. Service/Personal Skills: A large portion of time in this position will be spent servicing tenant requests, following up with day to day tasks and contractors work. This daily interaction with customers demands an individual with a keen service orientation as exemplified by the consistent demonstration of empathy and courtesy in all customer interactions. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Brookfield’s level of service.... |
