| Title Building Engineer Job Type Permanent Job Description Calling all 5th class power engineers! We want you! Our growing Winnipeg client is looking for a Building Engineer to join their talented team. Your duties will include: Responsibilities ? General clean up around building when necessary. ? Liaising with tenants. ? Performs various duties in general maintenance , building repairs and related plant equipment. ? Monitor and regular equipment inspections. ? Measure Temperature, fuel flow and pressure. ? Analyze and record instrument readings. ? Troubleshoot and perform corrective action and/or minor repairs. ? Routine equipment maintenance (clean and lubricate machinery and components). ? Maintain daily logs, maintenance and safety activities. ? Assist in development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures. ? Use computerized building Automation System as required. ? Co-ordinate maintenance activities with trade contractors. ? Changing filters on heating, ventilation and a/c units. ? Minor plumbing and carpentry repairs (ie door adjustments, locks, lighting etc.). ? Other duties as required. Requirements ? Proven organizational skills, effective multi-tasking and abilit.... |
