| Broker Solutions Specialist Job Code: 4131 Location: Kitchener, ON Department: Sales and Distribution # of openings: 1 Job Type: Contract Closing Date: 15/02/12 Description Reporting to the Team Leader, Broker Solutions, you will be responsible for promoting, upgrading, maintaining, supporting and implementing broker-facing solutions, in order to facilitate communications and business transactions between the Broker and The Economical Insurance Group in accordance with overall corporate policies, procedures and systems. The in idual must develop and maintain industry and broker contacts and continuously update their knowledge on TEIG systems, competitor and industry technology and best practices, broker workflow and broker needs. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. Specific Responsibilities: Providing superior customer service and support to the brokers.
