Type: Full Time Position Description POSITION SUMMARY: The succesful candidate will work to implement and oversee all programs to ensure production of cost competitive, high quality, disease free hatching eggs. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: -Work closely with the Hatchery to ensure coordination of production and delivery and specifications of hatching eggs to fulfill customer requirements. -Responsible for the implementation and carrying out of all production, turkey health, biosecurity, husbandry and animal welfare programs and policies. -Assist and work closely with the Supervisor of A.I. Teams thus ensuring that all requirements and procedures are followed in regards to artificial insemination in order to guarantee hatching egg fertility rates. -Work with the company Human Resources and Health and Safety to understand and follow all related policies and establish a work environment that is safe and productive. -Coordinate, organize and schedule farm workers to optimize productio.... |
