| Title: Branch Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: Sudbury (RHH) Apply By: February 17, 2012 Overview The Branch Manager's primary function is to manage the day to day activities with respect to Client Service Delivery, Coordination, Payroll and Billing. To ensure that we recruit and retain the right people for the team; collaborating with the Senior Executive Director to develop business relationships within the community and to advise her of new business opportunities and strengthen those that already exist. Responsibilities The Branch Manager is responsible for and accountable to: Implement the strategic plan to recruit for and retain staff to meet our contractual needs both ongoing and future planning; Lead the management staff of the branch to ensure that we are executing our processes according to established policies and procedures; Communicate on all activities and in conjunction with our Key Performance Indicators (KPI?s); Balanced Scorecard and CCAC metrics; Ensure the work of the Branch is carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act; Support the Senior Executive Director with program expansion.
