Responsibilities: Manager daily branch activities and employees including; hiring, retention, performance, goal & priority setting Achieve branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of current customers Search for and utilize more efficient and economical methods of operations and opportunity to increase profitability Develop and implement action plans for achieving branch objectives Identify trends, problems, opportunities and maintain awareness of market conditions Prepare and adhere to corporate budgets Qualifications Minimum 10 years of construction related and managerial experience Bachelor's Degree a definite asset Excellent communication and managerial skills Intermediate level computer skills Strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills Entrepreneurial business orientation and a demonstrated achievement in bottom-line results Good knowledge of roofing and/or building envelope industry Knowledge of safety compliance regulations and commitment to a safe work environment Must be bilingual Apply Now Your Name : Your Em.... |
