| Box Office Assistant Reference No. : 36-JAN-1112 Application Deadline : January 30, 2012 SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Continuing ANNUAL SALARY: $28,500 to $40,900 SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under the direction of the Box Office Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the proper receipt and handling of subscription and single ticket sales and payments for the programs of the National Arts Centre as well as orders for subscriptions, single tickets, special events, Donor’s Circle and sponsors. This includes processing and allocation of seats; payment on the Archtics computer system; deposit of payments; printing and mailing of ticket; follow-up of exchange requests received by fax, mail and in person. In addition the incumbent is responsible for producing monthly financial and statistical reports and various administrative activities associated with the ticket sales. Skill Requirements : - Fluently bilingual in both official languages; - High School degree with a minimum of two years of related experience; - Experience in customer service; - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work under pressure and with a team; - Ability to prioritize; - Good organizational skills.... |
