Prepare government remittances Assist with month end procedures Receives invoices and match them with purchase orders/work orders and apply payment File paid invoices Prepare daily bank deposits, balance bank reports Record and prepare listing for deposits Ensure receipts are accurately input to A/R sub ledger Aged trial balance are run, reviewed and distributed to Owner Contact clients on past due accounts Review interoffice billing Prepare cheques for signing Process payroll and expense reports Qualifications Post-secondary education in accounting Minimum of 3 years ex.... |
