THE ROLE: Works individually and within a team environment to provide internal support for client billing information Primarily focuses on identifying billing issues that could involve moderate to complex investigation, and provides appropriate resolution. Work is consistently performed within fairly tight timelines OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Minimum requirement Grade 12 2 to 3 years experience in a service or office environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (with a proficiency in excel) would be an asset. Demonstrates basic knowledge of various communication methods, and the ability to present and receive information in the most appropriate matter.
