| Title Billing Clerk Status Full Time Permanent or Temporary Permanent Program Agenda We have a full time employment opportunity in our Transportation Department for a Billing Clerk. This position reports to the Manager, Transportation. Key Duties & Responsibilities ?Process and audit all carrier and trailer billings in a timely manner ?Prepare various reports to support manager and finance. ?Investigate and process late delivery fining disputes. ?Maintain OFG trailer repair and maintenance database ?Investigate billing variances and incorrect charges. ?Maintain transportation filing system and update with current information. Criteria for Application ?Previous office administration experience is advantageous. ?Previous experience in invoice processing and Overwaitea Food Group distribution processing would be considered an asset. ?Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and experience working with Access would be beneficial. ?Knowledge of Overwaitea Food Group systems including A-Series, and AP system would be considered an asset. ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ?Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. ?Demonstrated a.... |
