| Title Billing Administrator Position Summary This position is responsible for the coordination of billing entries for one of our major projects. It is a full time position and based out of our Fort McMurray office. Duties and Responsibilities ?Reconciliation of 3rd party/other charges from our internal system with client external system ?Internal coding of all approved and unapproved billing entries to determine invoicing and accruals ?Month end internal invoicing ?Reconcile cash receipts with internal invoices ?Research and resolve all reconciliation discrepancies and liaise with site administrator/operations to resolve any issues ?Submit to sites on a regular basis all outstanding unapproved billing reports and follow up for resolution ?Liaison with client personnel as required ?Maintain all files in accordance with company policy ?Other duties as required Position Requirements ?CDMS / DTC software experience is a definite asset ?Microsoft office with advanced excel skills ?Data/timekeeping experience ?Basic accounting skills ?Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines ?Flexibility with working hours is a requirement Department Finance Compensation & Benefits Overview Th.... |
