| Bilingual Support Location: HRM, NS Job Code: 65 # of openings: 1 Description Kerr Global Communications, a privately owned Atlantic Canadian company is currently looking for Bilingual Support to add to their dynamic and ever growing team. Based out of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, this exciting role will be integral to the ongoing success and continued growth of the company. Responsibilities Troubleshoot software/hardware issues Resolving inbound customer support calls Provide instruction on software features One on one customer training either remotely or on-site Providing training and customer support both remotely and on-site when required Provide internal technical support for Kerr Global Communication Technicians Create and manage support tickets Creating custom reports for clients when needed. Employment Requirements: Degree or Diploma in a Technical Major would be considered an asset Minimum one year experience in a technical support background Experience supporting MS Office applications Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management skills Prior experience in a held desk environment considered an asset Mature written and communication skills in both English and Fre.... |
