| Bilingual Receptionist/Jr. Administrative Assistant - 3858 Salary: $33,000.00+/yr Summary: Bilingual Receptionist/Jr. Administrative Assistant - 3858 Our client, a downtown non-governmental organization (NGO), has a requirement for an entry-level Receptionist/Junior Administrative Assistant. About the Opportunity This permanent position offers great variety of duties that includes some reception, greeting incoming guests to the organization, couriers, preparing meeting room and hospitality duties like arranging for catering, company events and web conferencing. Office Administration responsibilities include dealing with mail, data entry into the clients' database and calendar management. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will support HR functions such as team-building activities, new employee orientation, Lunch & Learns. About You The selected candidate must have post secondary education, with preference given to those with administrative training. They must be fluently bilingual and have a minimum of one to three years of relevant experience. This is a contract position to start, with permanency for the right candidate.
