| Bilingual Payroll Administrator Overall Job Function: Processes payroll accurately and on time.Ensure all new hires and terminations are processed on time and correctly. Follow up with stores regarding new hire packages. Job Responsibility including but not limited to: Process payroll hours, earnings, adjustments, deductions and taxable benefits according to government legislation and company policies Accurately process new hires, terminations & final pays, salary & rate changes and internal promotions Audit payroll records and perform adjustments and corrections where needed (prepare manual cheques) Follow up with stores for missing information Handle employee inquires and communicate payroll information Provide outstanding service to all employees and external contacts Record and maintain vacation & sick reports Create and maintain employee files accurately Produce, review and submit ROEs Create & run payroll reports Prepare WCB remittances and other payment Administer employee benefit plans Administer Employee Discount Program Assist with year-end balancing and reporting Prepare employment verification letters Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information & respect privacy.... |
