| Bilingual Outbound Market Researchers Halifax Permanent Sales and Customer Service ID 24422 Description MaxSys Atlantic is recruiting French/ English bilingual call centre representatives. If qualified and interested, please submit your resume. CORE POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct telephone interviews in fluent French and/ or English to collect survey data and information. DUTIES/TASKS: Make Outbound calls to the public using a non-predictive dialer Gain respondents cooperation to participate in a telephone interview Maintain respondents engagement throughout the call Ask and adhere to established script questions Overcome objections as they arise and accurately record respondent answers Maintain good call control. Follow a script and accurately record survey responses. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Some work/life related experience Data collection experience considered an asset Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent listening skills Ability to work in computerized work environment Keyboarding skills A minimum typing speed of 35 wpm with a high level of accuracy KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Ability to work evening and weekend shifts The ability to wo.... |
