BILINGUAL OUT BOUND CUSTOMER SALES AGENT Work to quota and converts prospects into customers. Key functions include the acquisition of customer’s product for small businesses. The Outbound Agent is responsible for making telephone contact directly with prospects and sell/promote the benefits of the product, use a consultative approach with prospects in selling the product offerings and benefits. Communication is exclusively outbound and provides education to prospects with regards to the product services. This is a non-technical role (basic computer knowledge) and requires data input. Call handling is based on the client requirements. All agents will be given product knowledge and sales cycle training. Calls are made using an automatic dialer.
