You will be trained to conduct effective customer need-based sales conversations and maintain a very solid knowledge of financial products and provide tailored advice and recommendations to our customers. Bilingual French/English Financial Representatives Needed - Inbound Openings!!! Key Responsibilities include: Handle inbound calls to established customers and sell credit products and services Provide customers with recommendations based on their financial needs Provide superior customer service utilizing all available tools and resources Requirements: Must have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, meeting sales goals and targets Must be skilled at problem solving and demonstrate an ability to multi-task Strong verbal and listening skills are essential to this position along with a proven sales record Fluent Bilingual French/English skills both verbal and written skills Must have strong computer and data entry skills Ability to clear a criminal check and pass a credit check Successful completion of a High School diploma or .... |
