| Job Title Bilingual Customer Service Representative Company Novus Reputo Search Job Location Brampton, ON Website http://www.novusreputo.com Job Type Full-Time Regular Job Description Reporting to the Document Management Services ( DMS) Team Leader, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for servicing customer accounts in our National Accounts Office inbound call centre. The ideal candidate will work the 10:00am ? 6:00pm shift . Key Responsibilities: Answer all customer enquiries that are received either by fax, email or phone, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Daily data entry into inventory management system of orders that are received, as well as ensuring data is set up correctly and making adjustments to the system. Month-end billing preparation and delivery to clients. Follow up with appropriate warehouse, other printing facilities and internal departments to ensure delivery requirements are met, as well as follow up with courier as needed for tracing of shipments. Filing as required. Specific tasks may also be assigned as required. Requirements: 1 ? 2 years customer service experience with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Call c.... |
