| Bilingual Customer Service Representative SAP and Order Taking Experience Located at Oakville/Mississauga Border Permanent Position Kelly Services has a client located at the Oakville/Mississauga border who is looking for a Bilingual (French & English) Customer Service Representative who has SAP and order taking experience. Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm, 37.5 hours per week. This is a permanent position. RESPONSIBILITIES: Process customer purchase orders via phone, fax, internet, email and mail Process and/or resolve customer inquiries received via phone, email, internet, mail and fax Provide information to customers such as price and delivery information, where to locate items on the internet, how to set up a new account with us, etc. Customer web profile creation Maintenance of web profiles Provide service to all internal customers who require assistance Function as a resource for other areas of the company Other projects as required - these projects will be handled in conjunction with regular duties outlined above Projects may include things such as radioisotope order tracking, new account set-up, responding to technical service logs, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Post.... |
