| Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Description: Working at one of our largest call centre customers, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative is proficient in all aspects of customer service activities. Responding to inbound calls, he/she represents the company to external customers in a premier fashion. The representative receives, analyzes, interprets, processes and responds to customer requests and inquiries for products, services, programs and information. Qualifications: • 2 years previous customer service experience (preferably in a call centre) • Exceptional computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Lotus Notes. • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm • Excellent communication skills Key Skills: • Good organizations skills • Ability to function comfortably in a fast paced and challenging environment • Aptitude to learn quickly • Able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner Shift Flexibility: Must be flexible to work rotating shifts from 9 AM - 9 PM Monday to Friday Compensation: $14.50/hr Interested candidates should forward their resume and cover letter, quoting job code CSR0927 to: Kelly Services (Canada) Limited.... |
