This is a permanent position with a great chance for advancement within the company. We require candidates to be fluently bilingual (French/English) and have experience working within a call centre type of environment. Experience within the insurance or financial field would be considered an asset. Handle broker requests for new lines and endorsements while providing superior customer service Respond to broker inquiries and provide quotes to brokers Communicate with brokers via mail, fax, e-mail, phone, and online Conduct regular follow up with brokers for additional policy / client information Review incoming mail, making appropriate decisions and processing requests accordingly File set-up and maintenance on personal lines system Ongoing liaison with underwriting assistants & underwriters regarding decisions on accounts Conduct and perform quality review of print on a regular basis to ensure .... |
