| Bilingual Customer Service Agent Job Apply now » Date: Jan 27, 2012 Location: Montréal, Quebec, Canada We are seeking customer service agents for one of the large financial institutions of Canada. As a bilingual call center agent, you will receive in-bound calls from bank customers. You must furnish exemplary customer service and respond adequately to customer requests regarding their bank accounts and credit cards. This position is directed to customer service representatives who want to satisfy ambitiously all the clientele. Ideal for making a career in the banking sector. Principal Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls Provide professional customer service Analyze customer needs and provide recommendations Promote and sell bank products Work Schedule and Conditions: Full-time permanent position (37.5 hours per week) $16 an hour plus night bonus, if applicable Training for 1 1/2 months from 8 AM to 5 PM After several shifts be available from 7 AM to midnight Required to be available several weekends (Saturday and Sunday) Qualifications: Dynamic and positive Excellent communication skills in English and French Diploma in secondary school completed Experience in customer se.... |
