The Ideal Candidate The Ideal Candidate: - Is fully bilingual in both English AND French - Must be friendly and courteous with customers & clients - Able to multitask in a busy environment - Have previous administrative/office experience. Job Description The selected candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, word processing, mail duties, filing, and other various administrative duties as required. The candidate must also have 2 - 3 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word). They must also be able to manage multiple phone lines at the same time. Since public transportation is not available at this location, a vehicle is a MUST to get to and from work. Location is far east - in the EMBRUN area.
