| Bilingual Accounts Receivable Specialist Our West End client is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager for a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities: - Resolve discrepancies with customers and/or sales to release orders from credit hold for delivery - Collect and manage accounts for Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec. - Provide recommendations for credit limits by account - Report on variances to days sales outstanding targets - Reconcile customer accounts - Review and process credit applications - Process invoices for cash accounts - Review credit notes and cash invoices before mailing to customers - Liaise with outside companies to compile credit information - Liaise with third-party agencies and authorities as necessary Qualifications: - Must have exceptional English/French oral/written skills - 5+ years in an accounts receivable capacity resolving invoice discrepancies/collections and 2+ years of supervisory experience - Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access) - Degree/Diploma from a recognized university/college Send resumes to – All applications are confidential: Reference Number MH214462 Danika Prudhomme Senior Consul.... |
