| RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure that all beverage product coming from the bar meets Fairmont Hotels & Resort standards. To provide beverage service to the serving staff by preparing all beverage orders (rung in through Micros) in a timely, efficient manner. To provide service to guests seated at the bar (in accordance to FH&R Service standards therefore, must be knowledgeable of all server responsibilities and tasks). Ensure that bar is well stocked and any 86 items are communicated to both serving team and Manager on Duty. Ensure that bar area is clean and all equipment is functional. To conduct liquor inventory count on a bi-monthly basis in conjunction with Outlet Manager responsible for the bar. To train all staff in proper beverage preparation procedures and etiquette of the bar area (in adherence to FH&R standards). Ensure bar and liquor controls are in place and maintained by ensuring that all liquor and bar stock is properly accounted for and of high quality, also ensuring that all product received from Stores has been properly accounted for and labeled with liquor control sticker.
