| RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing friendly, efficient Food & Beverage service in accordance with the standards set out by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Professionally greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival to the outlet Projecting a pleasant and positive professional image to all guests at all times Selling and up-selling menu and beverage items in a positive, professional manner Ensuring that a clean, tidy and safe environment is maintained at all times Performing daily inventory reporting and other administrative tasks as required Preparing and presenting drink items to guests and/or Servers in a timely manner Adhering to the hotels vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel and guest vehicles ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring all recyclable materials are properly sorted and taken to the appropriate designated recycling areas Composting applicable waste items properly PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting: 0-1 hr/day; walking: 6-8 hr/day; standing: 6-8 hr/day; bending/reaching: 4-6 hr/day; pushing/pushing: 4-6 hr/day; physical effort: does not lift weights over 50 lbs (23 kg); visual effort: high environmental stress: high busy atmosph........More Details |
