| Bartender Location: AB- Banff --> Job Code: 1052 Department: Food and Beverage # of openings: 1 Description Position Objectives Reporting to the Beverage Services Manager, you will be responsible for set-up, preparation, service, tear-down and cleaning of all assigned beverage areas which could include the Main Dining Room, Special Function Rooms, Props Pub & remote locations according to the standards set out by The Banff Centre and in a friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities You will prepare all bars which may include transportation of liquor, with a strong emphasis on equipment care, and safety. You will ensure prompt and efficient service of all beverage items in accordance with A.L.C.B. laws and the standards of excellence service set forth by The Banff Centre. You will maintain cleanliness in the bar service areas and may be required to assist on the floor during meal service for special functions. While working in Props Pub, you will place, serve and clear any Room Service orders as required. Qualifications To be considered for this position you must have previous cocktail bar experience.
