| Bank Reconciliation Associate Level 1 Location: Head Office (Montreal, Quebec) Store Location: Job Code: 779 # of openings: 1 Description We are currently looking for an: Bank Reconciliation Associate Level 1 The Bank Reconciliation Associate Level 1 is responsible for the reconciliation of different bank accounts with a high level of activities. Primary Responsibilities: · Verify electronic funds transfers and the downloading of daily cash deposits as well as other banking transactions via the banking software and the Internet. · Conduct research and follow-up of missing deposits and keep all banking files up to date. · Reconcile assigned bank accounts, including cashed cheques. · Verify banking fees and reconcile accounts in the general ledger. · Prepare deposits for Head Office. · Coordinate change orders. · Prepare journal entry for daily banking transactions, Head Office deposits and stores sales. · Configure all banking services for stores. · Advise employees on the various procedures and on how to properly carry out a transaction. · Collaborate with different teams at Head Office. · Collabor.... |
