| Date Posted: Nov 16, 2009 Position Overview: The Group Help Desk Specialist is responsible for managing the 1-800 calls and email inquiries, to ensure the resolution of technical problems, queries, and service requests for GroupNet, GroupNet Flex and ClientTEL customers. Accountabilities: • Provide telephone support to field office staff, Group Insurance Clients and brokers concerning our online benefit administration programs. • Respond to Email inquiries. • Prepare and maintain reference documentation for GroupNet, GroupNet Flex ClienTEL and the Help Desk. • Provide input of business requirements and assist in acceptance testing for enhancements/fixes for GroupNet Flex and ClienTEL software. Qualifications and Competencies: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French • Superior Customer Service Skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) • Insurance experience would be considered an asset • The successful candidate will be required to work varying shifts of 8 am - 4pm, 9 am - 5pm and 10 am - 6 pm.
