Accountabilities: . Provide telephone support to field office staff, Group Insurance Clients and brokers concerning our online benefit administration programs. . Respond to Email inquiries. . Prepare and maintain reference documentation for GroupNet, GroupNet Flex ClienTEL and the Help Desk. . Provide input of business requirements and assist in acceptance testing for enhancements/fixes for GroupNet Flex and ClienTEL software. Qualifications and Competencies: . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French . Superior Customer Service Skills . Excellent organizational and time management skills .
